Electrodynamic Voltage Stabilizers with Digital Control


VEGA: single-Phase from 1kVA to 25kVA

The VEGA stabiliser covers the power rating range between 1kVA and 25kVA and allows for the choice of several input voltage variation percentages within a broad range (from +30% up to -45%).

 

For ±15%; ±20% and ±25%; ±30% range, the change of stabilisation is obtained through different internal connections.

 

Automatic magneto-thermic circuit breakers are provided on the regulation circuit to protect against overload and short circuit on the voltage regulator. The auxiliary circuit is protected by fuses.

A digital voltmeter providing with the output voltage reading is fitted on the front panel.

By means of a changeover contact, the stabiliser control card allows for the visual and acoustic signalling of the following alarms: minimum voltage, maximum voltage, internal overheating and overload on the voltage regulator. The logic control is based on a digital microprocessor.
 

ANTARES: single-phase from 35kVA to 135kVA
The ANTARES single-phase stabiliser covers the power rating range between 35kVA and 135kVA and allows for the choice of several input voltage variation percentages within a broad range (from +30% up to -45%).

For ±15%; ±20% and ±25%; ±30% range, the change of stabilisation is obtained through different internal connections.
Automatic circuit breakers are provided on the regulation circuit to protect against overload and short circuit on the voltage regulator. The auxiliary circuit is protected by fuses.
A buzzer is activated whenever an overload condition occurs.
The measuring instrumentation for the ANTARES stabilisers is installed on the cabinet door and consists of a multimeter and an ammeter. Such instrument is able to provide with information regarding the status of the line downstream the voltage stabiliser, such as phase voltage, current, power factor, cosj, active power, apparent power, reactive power, etc.

By means of a changeover contact, the stabiliser control card allows for the acoustic signalling of the following alarms: minimum voltage, maximum voltage, internal overheating and overload on the voltage regulator. The logic control is based on a digital microprocessor.
 
 
ORION-Y: three-phase "indipendent ctrl" from 5kVA to 135kVA
 
The ORION Y three-phase stabiliser covers the power rating range between 5kVA and 230kVA and allows for the choice of several input voltage variation percentages within a broad range (from +30% up to -45%).
For ±15%; ±20% and ±25%; ±30% range, the change of stabilisation is obtained through different internal connections.
 
The regulation in the ORION Y stabilisers is independent on each phase. These stabilisers are used with three-phase loads and single-phase loads with 100% unbalance with unbalance input rated voltage and are suitable even in case of non-symmetric mains. In this configuration, the voltage stabiliser requires the neutral wire presence. It can also operate without neutral wire by adding a proper equipment (Δ/zn0 or Δ/Y isolating transformer or neutral inductance).
 
Every stabiliser belonging to this range is equipped with the same control board that can be found on VEGA and ANTARES models. Stabilisers up to 45kVA are equipped with wheels to ease their moving.

Such instrument is able to provide with information regarding the status of the line downstream the voltage stabiliser, such as phase and linked voltages, current, power factor, active power, apparent power, reactive power, etc.

The control and the stabilisation of the voltage, performed on the true RMS value, are based on the microprocessor.
